Building and Land Rental Policy

The Durham Kennel Club building and Harris road property are available for rental for dog related functions
Only clubs organizations affiliated with dog-related functions may rent the building/land. If you are
interested in renting the building/land please follow the steps listed below.

Notice: Insurance is now required to rent the Durham Kennel Club facility. Please read policy.

Check the Durham Kennel Club Calendar for date availability.

Complete the e-mail request form with dates, contacts, function and any additional information
you would like to appear on the DKC calendar. This request will be sent to the appropriate people and the dates tentatively reserved on the DKC calendar. Note: The check and rental contract must be received within three weeks of receipt of the e-mail, otherwise the dates will become available for rental.

Print and fill out the Rental Agreement form. Mail this agreement along with a check as indicated in the contract.
