I hereby waive and release Durham Kennel Club and its instructors, assistants, club officers and agents from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage which I, my family, guests, or my dog may suffer, including specifically but without limitation to any injury or damage resulting from the action of my dog or any other dog. I expressly assume the risk of any such damage or injury while attending this function of Durham Kennel Club, or while on the training grounds of the area surrounding them. |
