1. Q: Which kind of payment is a better choice?

A: We think Western Union is a better choice for payment. If you paid by Western Union, you will get fancy gifts and 10% discount from the products. We have received much fraudulent information, so we suggest you to pay by Western Union. Of course, we will strictly follow the returning and exchanging principles and make sure of the quality of the products you ordered so that we could get your agreement.

2. Q: What happens if the products I ordered are out of stock?

A: If our logistic center informs us of the shortage of the products you ordered in 24 hours, we will contact with you timely and tell you how long it will take for your products to be sent out.

If the time is too long for you to wait, we will handle with your refunding in time. If you think you could wait, we will inform you of the receiving day when we have gotten the shipping information from our factory. You could change for another style of products, of course. Maybe you will find other products which are more suitable to you or you could get the products you like more quickly.

3. Q: As a wholesaler, do I have some discounts?

A: For a wholesaler who has ordered more than two pairs of products, we will offer the timely and economical transportation methods. Besides, we will lower the price for a larger order.

4. Q: Does the price include tax fee?

A: The price we charge includes tax fee. So you do not have to pay again.

5. Q: What should I do when I receive the product(s)?

A: lease make sure that the product(s) is in good condition because it will be hard for us to accept returning and exchanging for product(s) which is damaged by human nature. So we suggest you to check the products the very time you receive them. If the damage is caused by us, inform us in time, please. We will confirm the damage seriously and give you a free exchanging.

6. Q: How much shipping fee will it cost if I placed an order?

A: We always send you the product(S) with EMS express 1 - 10 jersey is $20 shipping fee.But if you order more than 10 jersey is free shipping,we use DHL,UPS,FedEX express.

7.Q: It's been two weeks, where is my order?

A: The delay doesn't happen often. But if there is any significant delay with your order we will contact you immediately. We will keep contacting you from the time your order is placed. When your headphones are sent out, we will provide you with a shipment tracking number at our own discretion. This tracking number will automatically be emailed to you. Meanwhile, you will receive our notification.So you do not have to email us asking if your package has been shipped.

8.Q: How long does shipping take?

A: The shipping time will vary based on where you are located and whether the product you order is in stock. We will notify you the estimated delivery time of your item. If your items is in stock, we will deliver it to you within 5-7 working days.

9.Q: What happens if my shipment is lost or stolen?

A: It is unlikely that your package is lost or stolen. If we approve that your Goods disappears, we will resend you another for impenstate. But if the postal service delivers the shoes to the wrong address or you have moved of changed your address without notifying us in advance, we can do nothing to recover your Goods.

10.Q: I ordered and recieved the parckage But i wish to change it for some other model,What are my options?

A: If you have made a mistake in ordering a wrong goods and wish to change for a different model, we allow an exchange process within 3 days of receiving the goods and an extra Handing & shipping cost will apply.
